GE Hosts Electric Vehicle Experience Tour
In brief:General Electric will be hosting an electric vehicle experience tour that will show in seven U.S. cities, bringing experts together with local business and industry for educational workshops centered on EVs.

The tour and workshops will focus on the technology and its use in business and industry as well as dialogue on the business case for electric vehicle ecosystems.
Several companies and manufacturers such as General Motors, Ford, Toyota, Navistar, Smith Electric Vehicles, Mitsubishi, Coda, Smart, THINK and others are involved in the tour.
The tour will appear in seven U.S. cities during the year for a day-long stop. Presentations by GE and community leaders, workshops to help with EV planning and deployment, and test drives will all be available during the stops.
Currently-scheduled tour dates for March are: San Francisco (10th), Seattle (15th), Los Angeles (17th), and San Diego (22nd). Additional tour dates to be announced will include Austin, New York City, and Washington, D.C. for sometime this spring.
