The word

This beauty took 18 hours to build, throwing pie in the face of automakers like General Motors who claim it takes years to develop and build an electric vehicle.
Notice I didn't say "quality" electric vehicle.
Show hosts Jeremy Clarkson, James May, and Richard Hammond were given the challenge to build a Volt-like vehicle. Using a TVR Chimaera as their base vehicle, the team added a diesel-electric generator, a bank of batteries, some lawn chairs (bolted to the floor), and a "turret" for an extra passenger to sit in.
Since all of the batteries and engine are in the back, the newly-formed Hammerhead Eagle i-Thrust has a distinctive "muscle car" stance.
Obviously, quality workmanship abounds in this powerful plug-in hybrid.

And so ...
