Lincoln MKZ Hybrid Wins Global Green's Top Product Design Award

The award was given at the 11th Annual Sustainable Design Awards in New York City to Ford Motor Company's group vice president for Sustainability, Environment and Safety Engineering, Sue Cischke.

The MKZ won the award for its innovative drive train and ability to get better than 40mpg in the city, beating its nearest competitor (the Lexus HS 250h) by six miles per gallon in efficiency. The price parity with its gasoline counterpart has also added to the MKZ's market success.
