IDEA Returns to Switzerland With 4-Door Hybrid Teaser

In brief: The upcoming Geneva Motor Show promises to be a showcase of great future car design and prototype offerings from the world's automobile builders. One of those will be IDEA (I.DE.A Institute), who released a teaser of their 4-door hybrid concept.

The press release announcing the teaser for the Geneva Motor Show unveiling was so short, the graphic accompanying it (above) was more than half of the release information.

Given the Institute's prior unveilings of design, however, this new, as yet unnamed vehicle will be something worth seeing when the sheet is finally pulled off in Switzerland.

We do know that it is a four-seat sedan powered by a hybrid engine. It's "Italian to the core" (like all I.DE.A. designs) and the teaser definitely shows a smooth and gracious shape.

And so ...

It's hard to draw any real conclusions from the teaser above, but the lines so far look similar to the Fisker Karma and the Audi line of Quattro vehicles (R8, E-Tron).
