The Word
The Honda Skydeck hybrid, an MPV concept Honda will bring to the Tokyo Motor Show in October, is being set up to take on the Ford S-Max.

A bit smaller than the S-Max, in Europe the Skydeck—rather, some incarnation of it, since the company does not intend to put it into production—could replace the Honda FR-V and help to expand the company's hybrid line into MPV market.


Honda is using the Skydeck concept in an effort to determine public reaction to this rather forward-looking styling, innovative door hinging and its three rows of seating.
