The word

The joint development between Suzuki and Intelligent Energy was given WVTA qualification for use on European roads without individual inspection and testing.

The Suzuki Burgman Fuel Cell Scooter first appeared in 2009 at the Tokyo Motor Show. It features a scooter from Suzuki outfitted with the IE air-cooled hydrogen fuel cell system.

The production design debuted at the London City Call in 2010. With approval from the EU, the scooter will now enter limited production for sale in Europe.

It will be marked as one of the first fuel cell vehicles to enter production.
