The word

The little vehicle's price tag is a whopping $23,000USD - and that doesn't include batteries, which range from $2,500 to $4,300 depending on which ones you want. So for less than $28,000, you can have one of these little machines with top-notch li-ion.
Range depends on speed, of course, and at an average of 40km/h, the Mini Sport can go 25km on lead acid or 90km on lithium. It's top speed is 70km/h, so the little go-cart can really fly.

$28k for a battery-powered go-cart, even though it does go pretty fast, seems a little outrageous. Don't you think?
