The Navistar eStar electric truck was the presenting sponsor for the American LeMans Series race at Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin this past weekend.

The all-electric truck was on display for fans and goes hand-in-hand with the alternative fuels and green changes that ALMS has been doing recently.

The eStar is a Class 2c-3 (medium-duty) commercial truck with an all-electric power train with swappable batteries and up to 100 miles per charge.

And so ...

The eStar has been adopted by FedEx and other delivery companies as a test model for possible wide scale adoption.
