The word

The ZE is a Freightliner Custom Chassis (FCC) walk-in van with Enova's electric drive system on the powertrain.
The van was sold through the General Services Administration, which is responsible for procurements for all government facilities. The Enova ZE will be used on-base in Ft. Lewis by the Public Works department, which services and maintains base facilities.
The van was customized for the Army with a 157-inch wheel base and a 14,500 gross vehicle weight (GVW) rating.
And so ...
Electrics in delivery and maintenance vehicles are a perfect fit given their relatively short range and 8-12 hour down time (perfect for charging).
