Electric muscle car will be on display at 2009 SEMA show
In brief: EV Innovations will be showcasing its Wave electric muscle car at the upcoming Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) convention in Las Vegas.

EV Innovations (EVII), makers of the Inizio EVS high-performance supercar, will be showcasing its Wave electric muscle car at the 2009 SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) show in Las Vegas, taking place between November 3-6.
The under $40,000 Wave uses a prismatic lithium ion polymer battery pack, has a top speed of 80 mph, goes zero to 60 in 12 seconds, and has a range of 170 miles on a single charge, according to EV Innovations.
The SEMA show is the premier automotive specialty product trade event in the world, attracting more than 100,000 industry leaders from over 100 countries.

We first saw both the Wave and the Inizio at the 2009 New York Auto Show last April.
