Coulomb Tech Unveils First ChargePoint America Charging Stations
In brief: Coulomb Technologies has unveiled their first ChargePoint America electric vehicle charging stations in San Jose.
The first Networked Charging Station for electric vehicles from Coulomb has gone live in San Jose, California as part of its $37 million ChargePoint America program.
ChargePoint America will offer hundreds of free charging stations for public and home charging to businesses and individuals throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
In partnership with Ford, Chevrolet, and Smart USA, the ChargePoint America stations are part of a Bay Area electrification initiative.
The two new stations, now available to the public, are in the McEnery Convention Center's parking center.

The program will provide about 4,600 charging stations in nine regions of the U.S.
