Chery Launches New EV
Vehicle in the newsMake/Model: Ruilin M1 Manufacturer: Chery
The car was showcased at the 25th World Electric Vehicle Symposium and Exposition and features lithium-ion batteries from China BAK.
The electric Ruilin has a top speed of 75mph and a 93 mile range (120km/h, 150km) per charge. Other models proposed by Chery include the Ruilin X1, Chery A5, Ruilin G5 and another, larger model of the M1 series.
Chery's current hybrid A5 ISG sedan uses NiMH batteries from Johnson Controls.
And so ...Chery has experienced lackluster sales of the A5 ISG so far.
