Audi e-Tron Makes Showing With Two Prototypes at LA Auto Show

The e-Tron concept from Audi made it's orange-colored debut at the LA Auto Show. The Frankfurt Show's red debut prototype was also on hand, strutting its stuff in the lot outside.

The e-Tron is Audi's much-touted concept electric supercar with extremely unique and sporty styling and head-spinning power at the wheels.

Fashioned as a true all-wheel-drive, an electric motor sits at each hub, providing a body-smashing torque of over 3,000 foot pounds in total.

And so ...

The orange paint seems to just fit this powerhouse. Being a concept, although a working prototype, Audi's made clear it's nowhere near production.
