AT&T Becomes First To Adopt Ford Transit EV
In brief: Ford Motors and Azure Dynamics, collaborators on the electric version of the Transit Connect van, have sold their first two vans to AT&T in the first sales of the EV since it's launch earlier this year.

The electric vans will be part of a test series AT&T is doing to compare the electrics to their 15 gasoline Transit Connects in the field.
AT&T expects the electrics to offer lower costs of operation and maintenance. AT&T currently operates more than 77,000 vehicles in its total corporate fleet.

The vans will be delivered later this year.
