Ford Has Four 40+ MPG Vehicles for 2011
Ford now has four vehicles that get 40mpg or better (highway) in its lineup for 2011, making it the first full-line manufacturer to do so. In addition, 13 Ford and Lincoln nameplates will have the best fuel economy in their segments.
The four 40mpg busters are:
- Fiesta SE (w/ SPF)
- Fusion Hybrid
- Lincoln MKZ Hybrid (pictured)
- 2012 Focus
The Focus will be introduced early next year.
And so ...According to the EPA, Ford's fleet average fuel economy rose by more than any other manufacturer from 2004-2009.
