Detroit's NAIAS Show Releases Final List of Electric Avenue Exhibits

In brief: The North American International Auto Show in Detroit next month has released it's official list of participants in the Electric Avenue exhibits.

A new exhibit called the Electric Avenue will be showcasing green cars (electrics, hybrids, etc.). These will be both concepts and prototypes.

The list of participants and vehicles includes:

  • BYD Auto e6 and F3DM-hybrid
  • CT&T United eZone and cZone
  • Edison2
  • EV Innovations Wave 2
  • Green Vehicles Triac
  • Harvey Coachworks BugE
  • Li Shi Guant Ming LI'S
  • Mitsubishi i MiEV
  • Nissan LEAF (pictured above)
  • Saba Motors SABA CZ Roadster
  • SSI Racing 22SSIC-65
  • Michelin VEnturi Volage and Nissan Mixim
  • ZAP Alias

Many of these vehicles are from the Progressive Automotive X Prize.

The NAIAS show begins in about a month in Detroit and the Electric Avenue floor of 37,000 square feet is presented by Dow Chemical.

And so ...

A pretty good lineup of both current, near-future, and far-future concepts is on that list. It will be a great show!
