Veggie Van Breaks Guiness Record, Still Going Strong!

In brief: Cloe Whittaker and Tyson Jerry have been driving the Mitsubishi van dubbed the Veggie Van between restaurants (where they refuel on grease) and around the nation. This month, the van broke the world record of 38,137km on alternative fuel and is still going.

The bio-fueled van's owners say they'll keep driving until they hit 45,000km and have visited every state, province, and territory in the U.S. and Canada - setting another record.

Along their journey, the couple and their van have visited schools, universities, and public events to evangelize on green transportation.

The van has made headlines around the country as it makes its diesel-alternative way across the continent.
