At FutureCars.com we define a car of the future as a vehicle designed with the environment
in mind, powered by a cleaner, more efficient alternative to petroleum-based
fuels.

And as governments, manufacturers and changing habits open the doors of the future, technology
will drive the production of non-polluting cars.
These pages track the emergence, application and development of new technologies (and the renewal of old ones)
that fuel transportation innovation.
