Climate Change Speech

Anyone catch the climate change speech by George W. Bush? His goal was to get omissions to be level by 2025. I am sorry but pushing goals like that out 17 years is the school of thought that is not pushing the technology that we need. He also claimed that he did not want to tax gasoline because the U.S. people should not pay higher gas prices. Ummmmm, hello...Oil has gone from $31 a barrel to $115 a barrel under his leadership. I hope the next prez pushes much harder than 2025. I realize that we have to be careful and not bring down areas of the U.S. economic sector but cmon.
