The Lights Will Already Be Out Before The End

As the fate of millions of auto jobs hangs in the balance, it has become increasingly clear that with a bailout or without, more and more of the job market in general and specifically the auto industry is crumbling and will continue to crumble as long as loans are hard to come by.

Americans fooled themselves into using all that easily received debt from the last bunch of years on gas guzzling cars and SUVs. I can only imagine what would have been if the citizenry used the money and instead of running up debts on carbon vehicles, they could have taken the money and gone after clean fuel vehicles. Well here we are now and even the old saying: "make sure to turn the lights out before you leave" may not even be appropriate. They will probably be all out way before the end.
