So now we have it. When we thought things couldn't get worse and we finally got a guy on the way to the White House who understands the energy issues facing the world, Barak Hussein Obama floats an auto bailout bill. OK, to be fair, he doesn't, but his party does and of course this bailout will save the very guys who have had a chance to develop alternative fueled cars and yet refused for years to do so.

I suggest one possibility with my meager intellect. Why not make the bailout plan contingent on development of future car technology. After all it is the tax payer's money. Isn't it?
